Taylor Sheridan is set to receive a History-Making Texan Award in Austin, celebrating his streak of hit television and film projects. The creator behind Yellowstone is also being honored for work that reaches well past the ranch.

Sheridan has penned Sicario 3, now underway with Emily Blunt, Benicio Del Toro, and Josh Brolin all returning. He has also drafted a Call of Duty project following his work on Lioness. His Yellowstone spinoff Marshals is being eyed to connect with another spinoff, with conversations still underway. Casting is underway for Landman Season 3.
