The San Jose Sharks last faced the Boston Bruins. A young attacker Ivar Stenberg scored his first career NHL goal during the match. The strike was past goalie Jeremy Swayman. The squad is currently getting ready for its yearly-once-a-year Hockey Fights Cancer night. The event is scheduled on mid-November. It centers on cancer awareness and help patients. The initiative is part of a league-wide campaign for the upcoming season.
