A Kenmore Air seaplane went down near Sucia in Washington state’s San Juan Islands late Thursday. Everyone on board, put at 10 or 11 people, escaped before the plane c caught fire. First reports gave shifting numbers on the passenger count. Fire crews got there quickly. No word yet on who got hurt or what forced the pilot to come down.
