A federal judge turned down laws pushed by Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker. The measures let undocumented students pay lower in-state tuition at state colleges. Prior court rulings also struck down Illinois’ sanctuary policies and other Pritzker actions on immigration. The Trump administration has also been winning similar cases. No comment yet from the Illinois Attorney General on this ruling.
