Separately, a morning crash blocked all lanes of I-95 South near the Chatham County Welcome Center in Georgia, causing major backups close to the Georgia-South Carolina state line. A second crash took out two left lanes on I-95 North near 45th Street in West Palm Beach, making Friday's congestion worse on the busy interstate corridor.
