G7 leaders have agreed to release up to 100 million barrels of oil of diesel and crude oil to address the global energy crisis. The decision, announced on the second of October, was made during emergency talks involving the International Energy Agency (IEA). The move aims to address the global energy shortage and support markets affected by the shortage.
